COID Administration
Our COID Department will drive the administration process and liaise with the Compensation Commissioner with regard to COID claims. We will also apply for reductions and rebates.
COID Services

Our COID department can assist with registering a company with the Compensation fund, by putting a request to the Compensation fund.
Assist a company to complete the necessary documents.
All the necessary documents are submitted to the Compensation fund online.
Once the registration fund number is received, our COID department will email the number to the company.
A letter of Good Standing will be issued.

Our COID department will assist the company with the reimbursement of salaries paid to injured employees and function loss payments towards the employees from the Compensation Commissioner.

Our COID department can do the management of Injuries on Duty for companies.
Our COID department will submit Injury on Duty on COMPEASY
The IOD claim number will be emailed to the Company.
Our COID department will administer and follow up until the IOD is finalised.

Our COID department can assist companies with Annual assessments.
Companies are notified that they must submit a return of earnings to the Compensation commissioner.
Upon receiving proof of submission, our COID department requests a notice of assessment account, and once received sends it to the company.
Our COID department will send proof of payment to the Compensation Fund.
A letter of Good Standing will be issued.
